The location and procedure for an emergency shut off of gas at my home is as follows:
The gas meter is located on the left side of the house (if you are facing the garage/front door) under the window. The shutoff valve is located next to the meter. To turn the meter off you turn the valve a quarter turn in either direction to the “off” position. There is also a pilot light on the furnace located in the basement that should be shut off as well. To do so you turn the knob for the pilot to “off”.

For an emergency shut off of electricity I would need to flip all of the fuse boxes the opposite way that they currently are in the fuse box located in the basement.

The location is the cold storage area which is located in the basement. To shut off the water you turn the yellow lever to the right.
