Home Away From Home Child Care Billing Policy

FULL TIME CHILD CARE:

Payment is due on the 5th and 20th of each month. In the case that either day falls on a weekend payment will be due the following Monday. An invoice will be provided to you on the 15th and the last day of each month. The billing period is as follows: 1st -15th and 16th – last day of the month.
While preparing your invoice I will round down to the nearest 15 minute increment per the attendance roll.
There are no penalties for late pick up. The standard $3/hr will be applied.

PART TIME CHILD CARE:

Payment is due on the 5th and 20th of each month. In the case that either day falls on a weekend payment will be due the following scheduled day. With part time childcare I know that you may not be scheduled for childcare on the 5th and 20th of any given month. In that case payment will be due the next scheduled day after the 5th and 20th. (Ex: If you are only scheduled for childcare on Tuesday and Thursday and the 5th is on a Friday, payment will be due on Tuesday.) An invoice will be provided to you on the 15th and the last day of each month. The billing period is as follows: 1st -15th and 16th – last day of the month.

MISCALLANIOUS

• A receipt is available upon request.
• Payments can also be made via Paypal. Fee charges will apply.
• Late charges may be applied at my discretion.
